  3. WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs)

    WhatsApp Conversation Credits are refundable under specific conditions. If WCCs are unused or mistakenly purchased, we offer a refund for the unused balance within 30 days of the transaction. Requests must be made within this time frame. Refunds for WCCs are subject to review and approval.

  4. Non-Refundable Services

    All other services, including AI integrations, premium features, and third-party service charges, are non-refundable. This includes one-time development or setup fees.
